RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We provide a considerate 14 days return or refund and 30 days quality warranty services for our customer, if you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (email address: service@stars.lighting), they will reply you in 24 hours(except weekends) and give you further information and some useful advice.

Return And Refund Conditions

1. We accept returns and refunds within 14 days from receiving the order.

2. After-sale warranty time: for orders within 30 days from receiving the package, we will provide a considerate after-sale warranty to ensure your benefit.

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Use the tracking number package to return, so that we can track the returned package.

5. There must be a note in the package to indicate the order number Buyer information (name and email).

6. In order to locate the issue and find out the problem batch, please kindly take a picture of the label in the inner shipping box (bag), and send it to us by email, thanks for your help in advance.

Return Process

1. Please consult the customer service about the information we need before sending back the package.

2. Send the package back to us, please kindly know that we don't provide the shipping label.

3. After returning the products, please offer our customer service the information you collect above or add to your account, where you can find a chart to upload the information.

4. We will refund the money to your account after we receive the return package.

5. We will refund you when we get the package, the refund takes 5-8 business days back to your account, then you can use that for a new order.

Refund Process

1. Consult our customer service team and explain the situation.

2. Before the product has been shipped, we can arrange an unconditional refund for you. But when the product is on the way, we need to confirm the problem and figure out if we can arrange a refund for you.

3. When we confirm the problem, we will arrange a refund for you, normally it will take 5-8 business days to your account
